What makes you "pretty amazing"?

The challenge this week: write out in bullet points/ think about the things that make you who you are and who you'd like to be:] DREAM, have a vision..it'll be easier to reach your goals and get over obstacles if you know what you desire from life..heres mine..


When I walk into a room, I smile, shine, and give people my passion for life. My past experiences have shaped who I am today. My present moment’s help me with who and what I will be in the future. My future will become whatever I desire if I set my “Pretty Amazing” mind to it. The people in my life, my positive attitude, my fun traits, my drive, and my passion to help others live a better life makes me truly “Pretty Amazing”. Growing up in San Jose, California, with supportive parents to help guide me in the right direction, two amazingly smart and talented sisters to look up to, and with driven friends with excellent values and goals, I have had a lot of awesome people influencing my life choices. I would love to help motivate people to make amazing life choices through having an active lifestyle, just as I grew up. I am pretty amazing because I am passionate about helping myself as well as other people become aware of their potential through their mind and body in a positive and proactive way. I love working with people every day and showing off a smile so that I can rub off a positive attitude on people every day in order to make their day a little brighter. My creativity shines through my art work that I have painted throughout my life, my passion for making people laugh with my silly jokes, and my ideas of coming up with innovative ways to help guide people with their lives through mind and body. I became a certified personal fitness trainer and lifestyle coach as soon as I turned eighteen and have become very passionate about motivating people to become active and eat well. By writing a blog as well as training clients in the gym, I have fully executed my passion and have influenced others to share my healthy lifestyle, too. The reason why this makes me so amazing is because not only have I helped people lose a lot of weight and because physically well, but I have also noticed how the lifestyle changes that my clients make [including myself as a client of mine] boost ones confidence and mental capacity. I have also worked for my dad as a DJ for ten years and I am very passionate about becoming motivated through music because I believe that music or any type of audio sets the mood for motivation. This is a big part of why I would love to move to San Francisco in a couple of years after receiving my AA degree and going to San Francisco State to get a degree in Communication Studies. With this degree and with my experience as a DJ/MC and motivating personal trainer, I would love to become a motivational speaker and author to help people become active and set goals for themselves. These goals might possibly include elements of one’s personal lives, professional lives, or a goal in order to help others gain a better life, just as I. My favorite part about this journey is that we must all take one baby step at a time in order to reach our big goals. I am physically tall and mentally strong. I am passionate about helping other people. I am “Pretty Amazing” because I would love to take the positive energy and fire that lives within me and shine it on to other people.

New Year, New You..2012 HERE WE COME:]


2012 BABY:] here we come. it's time to get on track and feel like a HOTTIE WITH A BODY. Here are my top 3 goals for 2012 for my health and fitness. 

1. -2lbs/month will get me to my goal of 160 by 2013[my 21st]
2. eat very clean/log onto myfitnesspal everyday
3. keep up with cardio/workouts

Goal setting. BlahBlahBlah. I'm sure you've heard to do that since you were a kid. when it comes to health and fitness though and reaching your highest potential for change, we MUST set goals. Be specific, take measurements, be realistic, and set a specific time to accomplish the goal. you have to think big while doing small things so that everything flows in the right direction.
